PBIL Launches AI-Driven Chatbot ‘PrimeInvest’ for Investment Banking
Prime Bank Investment Limited (PBIL) has introduced PrimeInvest, an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot designed to provide instant responses to customer queries, marking a first in Bangladesh’s investment banking sector.
The chatbot was officially launched at PBIL’s headquarters in Banani. The inauguration ceremony was attended by PBIL’s Managing Director and CEO, Syed Md. Omar Tayeb, along with senior officials from the organization.
During the event, Syed Md. Omar Tayeb stated, “As the first AI-powered chatbot in Bangladesh's investment banking sector, PrimeInvest reflects PBIL’s commitment to driving digital transformation in the capital market by offering advanced, seamless, and efficient services to investors.”
